Brief

TheraTears reached out to us with a clear vision (pun intended!) to get their soothing eye drops into the hands of people who spend long hours glued to screens. Whether it’s students cramming for exams, gamers mid-marathon, or office workers powering through spreadsheets, screen time is everywhere and so is digital eye strain. TheraTears wanted to offer real relief, right when people needed it most.

Solution

To get TheraTears into tired eyes at just the right time, we activated two high-impact channels. First, we tapped into our extensive network of UK offices - placing samples right on desks, in breakout spaces, and in communal areas where screen time is at its peak. From 9-to-5 desk jobs to late-night laptop sessions, we met screen users in their natural habitat.

Next, we hit the road with our student refreshers events - targeting university campuses when revision, lectures, and screen fatigue are all in full swing. The timing was perfect, and the product landed exactly when it was needed most.

Results

All 73,000 TheraTears samples were successfully distributed across our office network and student refreshers events - getting straight into the hands (and eyes!) of people who really needed them.

Our post-campaign insight survey revealed just how powerful that first experience can be with 74% of recipients having never heard of TheraTears before the campaign but after trying it, 92% said they would consider purchasing the product.

That’s not just awareness - that’s action. By delivering the product in the right moments, we turned screen strain into brand gain, opening the door for TheraTears to become a go-to name in eye care.
